what a beautiful place: you should see the connecticut river from the ledyard bridge going from norwich to hanover (or vice versa) on a crisp, foggy fall morning. absolutely amazing. water dark and shimmery, mist/fog rising from the water, and fuzzy dark green tree shapes along the side.
