we're theoretically at the 'peak' of fall colors here, but we are expecting some real blustery weather today, so most of the leaves may be on the ground by tomorrow.

The Button's latest thing is to stand behind something (toy box, cardboard box, chair, etc) and push it while walking behind it. she just can't get enough of it. and she climbed the stairs (with a spotter the whole way) this weekend for the first time.

wouldn't you know it-we decided to cancel cable tv for a while to save some $$, and now the giants are in the world series. i guess we'll have to go down to the norwich inn pub to watch the games. and i can't seem to find my giants hat anywhere-i'm going to go through the boxes in the basement this weekend on a hat search. gotta show my allegiance and send some good mojo across the country to my boys!
